Emma Kinrade
Dietician & Sports Nutritionist

Emma has been working in the Nutrition & Dietetics field for 25 years and her career has included time spent in NHS settings as a clinical dietitian, in health promotion, and as an educator to young people and parents.

Latterly her career took her into the education setting as a lecturer in Nutrition & Dietetics at Glasgow Caledonian University.  Emma is also the main dietitian at the Maggies centre in Glasgow where she runs nutrition group sessions and drop-in clinics for centre visitors and families.

Nutrition and sport have both been important influences throughout Emma’s life and have shaped her career to date. As a lifelong advocate of physical activity and the outdoors, Emma has enjoyed sport & activity in many forms but her main focus has always been running.

She enjoys helping people to improve their health, lifestyle and sporting performance through education and advice on appropriate nutritional strategies.
